• Automatic deletion of temporary email addresses and their content after a specified period

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

Our basic Service does not require registration or creation of an account. However, certain premium features may require you to create an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyTempMail.cloud and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MyTempMail.cloud.

6. User-Generated Content

Users of our Service may generate content, such as emails received through temporary email addresses. You understand that:

• We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Service to you
• You are solely responsible for the content you receive through the Service
• We are not responsible for screening, monitoring, or reviewing any content
• All content will be deleted automatically after a specified period (typically 24 hours for free accounts)

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Links to Third Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MyTempMail.cloud.

MyTempMail.cloud has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that MyTempMail.cloud shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you have an account, upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted.

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

We do not guarantee that emails sent to temporary email addresses will be received, as various factors beyond our control may prevent successful delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MyTempMail.cloud, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTempMail.cloud assumes no liability or responsibility for:

• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
• Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party
• Any losses or damage incurred as a result of using emails or content received through the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the past six months for the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyTempMail.cloud, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
